  My parents had a mess of a mortgage and when my mom passed in 2020, I wasn’t sure we were going to be able to help my dad refinance so he could stay in the home they built. We tried with his former mortgage company…no luck. We tried with my mortgage company and were ghosted halfway through the process. My last and final attempt was with Matt @ Icon. Stakes were high, pressure was on and he did it! Matt walked my dad and I through the entire process. I don’t know how he navigated through their previous mortgage but he was amazing and my dad is happy in his home!
